High Speed Automatic Drywall Steel Stud Rolling Forming Machine

This ZTRFM Drywall machine forms studs and track that use approximately 20% less material than the standard studs. PS800-light gauge type Steel Stud and track Roll forming machine makes the profile per the sketch below. This machine roll forms 1 5/8”- 2 ½”- 3 5/8″- 4” and 6″ Studs and track in a nonstructural type profile.

This machine is capable of roll forming steel from 26 to 24 gauge. The machine can be setup to form studs having a 1 ¼” or a 1 7/16” flange.

ZTRFM includes the capability of Knurled surfaces on 24-26 gauge stud and track faces to assist screw fixing by stopping slipping and damage to material applied. The machine will handle minimum thickness of 30 gauge (0.015”) and a maximum thickness of 24 gauge (0.027) and mechanical strength of 57 KSI.
