Supermarket shelving roll forming line is designed to make the shelf panel profiles in batch automatically. It is variable width roll forming line is able to produce shelves from 300-600 mm with flexible length and servo controlled flexible hydraulic punching system, equipped many new features that allows to run this mill with ease. The working flow of the shelf panel rolling machine is from decoiler, leveling, punching for side holes, main rolling forming machine, up and down bending for edge and then to the receiving table.

The monotonic shelving machine is a single roll forming unit that can produce various specifications of finished products with rolling rolls. The machine mainly consists of a 5T unwinding machine, leveling machine, servo feeding machine, hydraulic punching of continuous holes on both sides of the first workstation (with a pitch of 300), hydraulic punching of the tail gap of the second workstation and four long slot holes on the head, monotonous forming host, forming cutting and flipping device, hydraulic station, computer control cabinet, discharge table, and other parts.
The monotonic machine adopts a split form of two roller tracks, with both sides moving simultaneously, allowing for quick and stepless width and size changes.
