Multi Blanking Line Introduction

The whole Heavy Gauge Multi Blanking Line is controlled by PLC with computer display.The information of order amount, cutting strips and line speed can be input to the PLC systems. When the need shearing length is reached, the machine can cut automatically.The line speed can be adjusted. This line is highly automatic with precision measuring, efficient production, reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance.
Cut To Length line is a high efficient metal processing production line for cutting metal flat sheet from metal coils. The metal coils unwind, leveled, cut to length and blanking. The machine can do uncoiling,straightening, slitting and recoiling works. The machine consists of coil car, dual-cone uncoiler, coil guide,straightener and gear box , slitting machine and gear box , scrap winder, tension unit, recoiler and asisting support, push-off, hydraulic system, electrical system and so on. The heavy gage series slitting production line can display enterprise powerful capacity.
Heavy Gauge Multi Blanking Line working process:
Steel coils are transferred by an entry coil car and loaded onto an uncoiler. From uncoiler the strip proceeds through a five-high precision leveler designed to level steel within the desired material gauge range and yield strength. The strip then proceeds through a squaring unit and precision roll-feed unit to the high speed shear, where it is cut to required length. The cut sheet then moves to float sheet stacker where it is stacked on a pallet and is then moved onto the semiautomatic packaging line for wrapping.
