Rotary Shear Cut To Length Line Introduction
This rotary shear is suitable for hot rolling carbon steel, tinplates, stainless steel, and other metal with coated surfaces. It is widely used in home appliances, automobiles, hardware, steel products and other industries. This rotary shear adopts 6H leveler to carry out continuous leveling of the panels. With two stacking devices, this rotary shear has a high working efficiency. It is capable of shearing 150 plates per minute, with a maximum running speed of 80 meters per minute. With 6H leveler, the processed plates are smooth and free of scrapes.
Rotary Shear Lines are mainly used for CR, S.S, Al material, precision leveling and cutting products. This line special advantage is non-stop cutting which avoid micro – indentation by stopping to cut. It is applicable for high precision aluminum plate, mirror S.S plate, etc., with short cutting length product.
Rotary shear Cut To Length Lines can do uncoiling, leveling, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It mainly includes uncoiler, leveler, measuring encoder, shearer, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc., the line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating.

Cut to length line is controlled by NC servo system. It has PLC controlled the length measurement. The information of length, shearing numbers and speed can be input to the PLC systems. When the need shearing number is reached the line can stop automatically. The line speed can be adjusted, It has a encoder with high precision, and whole line can work automatically and operate easily, smooth sheet can be made.
The flying shearing line is applied to machine cold-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and surface-coated metal materials.
