Care and Maintenance of Steel Slitting Machine

The main parts of the automatic slitting machine shall be inspected before use, and lubricating oil shall be added. When the disassembly and assembly of automatic slitting machine are inspected, improper tools and unscientific operation methods are strictly prohibited. The slitter is thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks; If automatic slitting machine is stopped for a longer time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, which is coated with anti-rust oil, and plastic cover will cover the whole machine. If the automatic slitting machine is stopped for more than 3 months, the anti-rust oil should be covered with moisture-proof paper. After the work is finished, clean the equipment carefully, wipe the exposed friction surface clean and add lubricating oil. The daily care and maintenance of the slitting machine to do the following four aspects.

Firstly, the electrical parts shall be cleaned and checked regularly, cleaning hidden dangers timely.

Secondly, the daily maintenance of the steel slitting machine shall be in place, its criterion is smooth, clean, clearing (no dust, no debris) in place, ensure that the sliding parts of the equipment in good condition.

Thirdly, it is the maintenance work, rotating parts should be stopped for regular and irregular inspection (especially real-time monitoring of wearing parts should be stopped). Implement regular adjustment, regular change, commutator and meticulous records in order to achieve the purpose of extending the service life of equipment.

Fourthly, improve the technical quality and degree of personnel for operation. About the operation that controls local should be manipulated by special person to hold the post, no allowance for anybody to do it without permission.
