Australian standard WB welded H beam
Welded H-beam
Welding H-shaped steel is named after the H-shaped cross section produced by the welding process. It is divided into submerged arc welding H-shaped steel and high-frequency welding H-shaped steel. Submerged arc welding H-shaped steel adopts process: steel plate-automatic slitting-assembly-automatic submerged arc welding-flaw detection-flange correction-web correction-end surface processing-sand blasting and rust removal-painting . The automatic submerged arc welding production line is controlled by a microcomputer to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the H-shaped steel produced, and the quality of the welds meets the national standards.

Advantage
It can be processed, designed and combined arbitrarily with the project, and special specifications can be manufactured to meet the actual needs of special projects.
H-shaped steel specifications are economically designed, and its section moment, section coefficient, pressure resistance, and load-bearing capacity are much higher than that of hot-rolled section steel with the same unit weight.
