Warehouse building
KAFA warehouse building designs and erects elevated, standard and supported steel warehouse buildings. As well as wide-span, single-slope and multi-span warehouses. Steel gantry warehouse building
Steel frame portal buildings are ideal for storage buildings and other buildings when the budget is limited. Minimal interior decoration is required, but protecting it from the elements is the main goal. The steel door frame building provides the largest open space and is an ideal structure for retail and wholesale warehouses. Other such uses can be private aircraft hangars and agricultural buildings including barns. As the span increases, the cost of the door frame will increase, but higher economy can be achieved by using a row of pillars on the centerline. Or two or more rows of props to reduce the span.
This type of structure takes advantage of the strength and durability of steel by positioning the steel structure in such a way that it constructs a strong frame that does not require internal reinforcement except for rows of pillars that do not take up a lot of space. In fact, these internal pillars can be used to help organize materials that may be stored in warehouses or to be sold in this technology, or to store tools, lubricants, and similar items behind the pillars to prevent damage to internal items. The aircraft kept in the central open space of the hangar is in the storage building, and the internal pillars can be aligned to fit the rack module, or the rack can be designed as a prop to support the support. The structural form is also an ideal fountain pen or other way of keeping livestock separate in agriculture because there is enough space between each pillar to place them. Rows of props can be used to build internal partitions, cold rooms, offices or factory rooms.
The steel frame portal building can even be constructed as a low-rise multi-storey building, such as a warehouse with sales and administrative offices in the mezzanine above the sales space, or a bonded customs warehouse where customs clearance procedures are performed. The high-rise office then releases the items from the warehouse below for transportation. Indeed, when the open space is very valuable and the construction economy is paramount, supporting steel door frame buildings are the ideal solution.
