After details confirm, we will offer the designed drawing for further confirm. And all details and drawings are confirmed. We will start into the production process. Before the exact production process, we will make 3D model drawing, which shows ever steel components details for workshop production.

Production Steps Showing:

Prepare Raw Materials

For steel plates, we will cut the right size by the drawing

To cut the right sizes for H section steel, angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube etc.

Assembly and Welding

Our welders will follow the drawing to assemble the steel members and weld them together as one entire beam / column/brace and so on.

Our quality inspector will check the steel pieces after welding finish. This process will go through the 1st quality check.

Sand blast

After finishing welding and polishing, our sand effect can reach international 2.5 high grade, very good for resist rust. This process will go through 2nd quality check.

Paint/Coat

Within 2 hours after sand blast, all the steel members should be painted. Clients can choose any color and any brand of painting. This process will go thourgh 3rd quality check.

Inspect the final goods by clients

After we finish a part of fabrication work, we will invite clients to inspect the goods before we pack the steel components. If inspect not available but sitll necessary, we could send our quality check report for customers' review.

Final steel pallet to pack

We will pack steel components together into one steel pallet, which will save the space by the best. At the same time, steel pallet will protect steel components and its surface painting avoid the collision and damage when load, shipping and unload. Further it could also save the time and cost for load and unload.
