Product Description:

Our telecommunication tower is manufactured by the most advanced production equipments including CNC plate production line, digital controlled drill (Max working aperture is φ80mm), CNC hydraulic bending machine which adopted LVD technology from Belgium and longitudinal welding machine from Lincoln Electric Company. Regarding corrosion resistance measure, we adopt hot dip galvanization technique which ensures service life as long as 50 years. Moreover, all telecommunication tower will be trail assembled before delivery which promises the smooth operation on installation site.

Manufacturing:

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
