The GuangYa belt is often used in ovens for high temperature treatments since this belt is resistant to high temperatures. The treatments the belts are used for are for example, harden, sintering, tempering, hard soldering, etc. the GuangYa can be used for façade covering of buildings and bridges.

Resistant High Temperature Treatment Detail

  • Extremely suitable for heavy loads in combination with high temperatures
  • Steering sensitive, since spirals are only wounded to the left or to the right. The belt can be steered better when pieces of the same length are connected to alternated left and right windings.
  • Drive on the basis of friction; a large enough drive roller is necessary. 

  • Preferred support: herringbone motive
  • Large passing range, from very closed to very open
  • Very flexible since every set of spiral-cross rod is separate from the following set
  • The straight belt run is guaranteed by alternated left and right spirals
  • Tools are inflexible; not every combination of longitunal /lateral pitch/ spiral wire/cross rod wire is possible.
