23mm Width Carbon Steel Bristle Laster Belt 110mm OD for Moniti or Mbx Machine

  • Metal Laster Belts Replacement Bristle Laster Belt are manufactured with a high performance polyamide fabric and carbon spring steel wires and are available in Coarse, Medium and Fine finishes

  • Used in MBX or MonIti tools were the original tool to enter the industry.

  • specially designed to remove corrosion in areas that are difficult to reach – like door rabbets, roof joints, wheel housings – to create a blasted surface for superior adhesion.

  • These characteristics make the Axial a perfect complement to the well-proven mbx or Monti Machine

Bristle Laster Belts consist of a high performance polyamide fabric. The U-shaped bristles made of carbon spring steel or of stainless steel are anchored in the belt. The Bristle Blaster belts are highly flexible which ensures a high level of safety and a long service life.

Outer diameter: 102mm or 110mm

Bristle Laster Belt 23 mm (carbon spring steel) – 0.7 mm carbon spring steel wire, tips angled and sharpened.

Bristle Laster Belt 11 mm (carbon spring steel) – 0.7 mm carbon spring steel wire, tips angled and sharpened. Designed for difficult to reach areas (90° angles, fillet welds).

Bristle Laster Belt 23 mm (stainless steel) – 0.7 mm stainless steel wire, tips angled and sharpened.

Bristle Laster Belt 11 mm (stainless steel) – 0.7 mm stainless steel wire, tips angled and sharpened. Designed for difficult to reach areas (90° angles, fillet welds).
