1. Description:

Stenters are the heart of textile finishing.

Stenter is used for preventing distortion, obtaining dimensional reliability, wrinkle resistance and temperature resistance.

1) Hot Air Stenter Air Circulation
Unique Air Circulation System allows to control the process & fine tuning of process parameter providing best conditions for Heat setting, finishing, Drying, curing & coating application etc.

The flow Air Circulation System, Separately controlled air flow for top & bottom nozzles.Higher efficiency Blower fan motors with lower energy consumption.Reproducible fabric results at any time.Stepless exact speed control of Chamber fan due to inverter driven motors.Ideal for delicate materials such as silk, knitted & pile fabrics.


2) CHAIN DESIGN

Special long term lubricated roller bearing chain ( required lubrication once a year or even later) with fully encapsulated ball bearing ,ensuring highest possible stretch , high operational speed with min. energy consumption available as pin chain, clip chain or combined pin & clip chain design.
