1.Stenter Machine Application:

Stenter machine is electrical machines used in textile industry for stretching or stentering thin fabrics such as muslin. Stenter electrical machines are called as stenter hook. In stenter open compactor fabrics enter. Here Cotton fabric shrinks widthwise & weft are distorted due to bletching & dyeing process.

3. Stenter features:

1) THREE BOWL PADDER

Ideally suitable for finishing (wet on wet) process.Higher squeezing capacity.Pneumatically lifted & lowered SS trough.Selection of rubber hardness based on fabric substrate & process.Driven scroll rollers before nip & dip for knitted & delicate fabric.Jacketed trough available on request.Bow roller before nip for woven fabric.Level controller & dosing tank with stirrer are available on request.Pneumatic compensator or load cell is provided for padder speed control.

2) KNIT ACCESSORIES:

SELVEDGE GUMMING

To Prevent Selvedge Curling on fabric edge - Gum is applied on the edge of the fabric and dried to prevent curling after subsequent cutting of fabric edge.

Gumming device consisting of small working tank with automatic filling level control, airtight reservoir (interchangeable), thus no drying out of the glue.


INFRA-RED DRIER

For drying of glued selvedge by Infrared radiation, pre-dried glued selvedge will help in quick drying in subsequent drying process in Stenter.

3) CHAIN DRIVE SYSTEM

Individual chain drive enables very simple chain operation and maintenance.

Special shock absorbers are provided for smooth turning of chain.

All fabric transport drives with frequency controlled AC-Drives.
