However, in the process of implementation, several problems have been encountered:
1. Sampling point: A more scientific and reasonable sampling point is needed to make the result more representative. The sampling deviation (sampling position, sampling time) between QA is all we need to continue to improve.
2. Cleaning problem after sampling: It is initially determined to be wiped with alcohol and then wiped with water for injection. Among the sampling points now set, it is difficult to clean the 100-level laminar flow hood, mask and chest. We are also actively looking for a more suitable medium to achieve as little residue as possible.
3. The medium is fragile: this requires us to make a bump when it comes into contact with the dish, that is, stop and not overflow. Care should be taken during the sampling process to prevent damage to the surface of the medium.
In short, in the future work, we will continue to improve the contact disc method to minimize the potential risks caused by the introduction of new methods. Our future improvement goals are: setting up scientific sampling points, perfecting cleaning methods, and establishing corresponding supporting documents.
