Replacement of heat transfer film

The crimp motor must be turned off before replacing the thermal transfer film. The steps are as follows:

(1) Loosen the knob first, and take out the limit sleeve and the retaining wheel 1;

(2) Remove the used transfer belt, replace it with a new transfer film, and re-fix the retaining wheel 1 and the limit sleeve;

Note: The pressing force of the retaining wheel 1 on the new transfer film should not be too large or too small, so that the film winding motor cannot rotate when the rubber roller is not printing;

(3) loosen the winding rod on the side of the film winding motor;

(4) Take out the scrap stamping film and insert it into the waste film;

(5) Extend the new transfer belt on the right side and pass it through the lower part of the brush plate and the rubber roller to the side of the crimp motor, and bond it to the core with tape;

(6) Replacement is complete.
