The flow rate of water through the membrane is not large, so in order to pass the required water volume, the monomer area of the membrane device must be large, and many thin membrane tubes must be installed in a small space. In addition, the film with a thickness of less than 100um must be able to withstand high pressure because it is subjected to high pressure. For this reason, it is necessary to try to make various strong pressure resistant films. There are generally five types of membranes: plate and frame type, spiral type, bridge type, tube type and hollow fiber type. Plate and frame membranes should use porous materials, spiral and bridge membranes are the same as plate and frame membranes. The spiral type is a roll, and the bridge type is a large-area membrane that is folded into a small volume. Tubular membranes also need porous materials. Raw water passes through the inside of the pipe, and the permeated water flows out of the pipe as an internal pressure type membrane. This type of membrane is very common for customers, and there are also external pressure pipe types. The outer diameter of the hollow system is several hundred um, and the system contains many thin fiber tubes. Because the fiber tube is small, there is no need to use a high-strength fiber tube. Product introduction

The contiguous membrane is a kind of continuous strip-shaped packaging microporous membrane used in the field of biotechnology for liquid filtration during the testing process in the pharmaceutical or beverage industry, CDC, food industry, cosmetics and chemical industry.

It is specially used with the YT-DS47 automatic membrane taker. It is triggered by hand induction, and the color code of the continuous film is positioned. The membrane taker automatically removes the sterile packaging of the microporous membrane. It is realized that no manual operation is required, the user's hands are liberated, and the diaphragm is not in contact with other objects in the process of being distributed, thereby avoiding the risk of contamination.

Each box contains 150 filter membranes. The filter membranes are individually sealed in a special folding tape package. The design makes the filter membranes easy to open and seal for storage.
