Differences Between Hydraulic Stone Jaw Crusher and Common Stone Jaw Crusher:
The structure of the hydraulic particle crusher is basically the same as that of the general jaw crusher. The difference is that the eccentric shaft and the eccentric shaft have different connection methods at both ends of the flywheel, which are started by hydraulic forces; the safety device is on the connecting rod. The hydraulic cylinder is used as a safety device; the adjustment of the discharge port is also completed by a hydraulic cylinder. It is now described as follows:
1. Hydraulic Starting. Two friction clutches and two piston hydraulic cylinders are added at both ends of the eccentric shaft. A friction clutch is mounted between the pulley and the eccentric shaft, and the other friction clutch is mounted between the flywheel and the eccentric shaft. The clutch is normally closed due to the action of the spring, so that the flywheel and the pulley are tightly engaged with the main shaft. Before starting the crusher, the two hydraulic oil pumps are filled with oil to the two cylinders disposed at both ends of the eccentric shaft. When the oil pressure is increased to 2.9 MPa, the cylinder piston moves to both ends of the eccentric shaft, and the compression spring disengages the clutch: At this time, the main motor is started to drive the pulley to rotate. After 20s, the pulley reaches normal operation. At this time, the oil in the pulley end cylinder flows back to the fuel tank, the clutch is closed, the pulley runs together with the eccentric shaft, and after 20s, the flywheel end cylinder is The oil flows back to the tank and the clutch closes. The eccentric shaft is operated together with the flywheel to complete the start of the jaw crusher.
2. Hydraulic safety device: The cylinder for hydraulic safety is placed in the connecting rod body. When the jaw crusher is started, the hydraulic oil pump is first turned on to fill the oil cylinder piston in the connecting rod body so that the oil pressure does not exceed 20.0 MPa, and then the main motor is started. The crusher performs the crushing work under this pressure. When the crusher falls into a non-crushed material, when the oil pressure of the lower cylinder of the connecting rod exceeds the normal value, the oil in the lower cylinder is forced to open the high-pressure relief valve, and the flow is discharged to the upper oil cylinder, thereby lowering the moving connecting rod. The brackets and the moving jaws stop moving, while the main motor, the eccentric shaft and the upper part of the connecting rod operate as usual, thus protecting the machine from damage. Stop and take out the non-crushed material and restart the device.
3. Hydraulic adjustment device. Before adjusting, loosen the nut connecting the nut between the slider block and the rear frame and the nut of the spring lever, then start the hydraulic oil pump to fill the cylinder, so that the cylinder piston pushes the slider seat forward, then The spacer is added or removed between the slider seat and the rear frame to achieve the purpose of adjusting the discharge port. After adjustment, drain the oil from the cylinder, tighten the nut between the slider base and the rear frame, and re-adjust the nut of the lock spring.
