Multi blade bridge granite block cutting machine stone cutter
QSDQ-2200/2500/2800/3000 can be used for single blade cutting or multiblade cutting by different sizes of blade combination. Beam lifting and vertical movement is leaded by screw rod, which achieve its movement accuracy. The advantage for this machine is high cutting precision and efficiency, easy operation and easy to maintain. Table or trolley is not necessary during cutting, but available to your request. ( note: 360° rotating worktable can be selected if customer requires.)
1. Controlled by ultra-high precision rotary encoder , high precision screw nut drive, fragmented accurately;
2. The left and right walker is controlled by the frequency converter, can be adjusted according to the material of the stone ,to ensure cut the slab high efficiency and high quality;
3. Independent research and development of hydraulic system, four-guider column structure,guider column is chrome-plated, plus sealing guide sleeve, the sleeve is designed with a multi-layer seal, waterproof, dust proof, oil leakage proof, with a small gap. The whole machine is beautiful, improve service life.
4. Humanized man-machine operation interface, easy to operate, fragmented accurately, flatness, high efficiency, especially for high-value granite and marble.
