Carrara is a classic white marble with a mixed fleuri and vein cut where both styles are minimal. The veining is mainly gray with a light to white back ground but some times carrara will have a slight gold tinted veining that give this stone added dimension.

Fleuri cutting is cutting across the grain of stone giving the appearance of flowering within the stone while a vein cut is simply cutting with the grain of the stone giving a lightning bolt effect to the finished product.
