Diesel engine dual fuel conversion system data collecttor has following functions:

1. Collector consists of built-in locator terminal and server cloud platform. The locator terminal is installed in the vehicle and is responsible for collecting engine operation data, remote upgrade and debugging, vehicle position information and emission status information, and packaging these information into data, which is uploaded to the server by THE 3G module through GPRS and other ways. Then parse the data information from the terminal and store the information to the database. The relevant management personnel can read the information stored by the server through THE PC or mobile phone APP and can manage, display and put back the information in the database according to the friendly interface.

2. The driving behavior, throttle door position, oil volume and gas volume monitoring are added to the vehicle state monitoring, and more and more digital and analog volume monitoring are implemented in the way of unique event trigger reporting and action execution. Added special control functions for output control and ECU limits. These added monitoring and control functions can help vehicle owners and vehicle fleet managers better grasp the state of vehicle use, analysis of driving behavior and authorization management of vehicle use.

3. The emission of particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in vehicle exhaust gas can be collected in real time.
