Biogas cogeneration combined heat and power utilize biogas engine to power the whole unit.
The biogas cogeneration combined heat and power is consisted 1 set bio-gas electrical generator, 1 control cabinet, 1 inter-cooler heat recovery system, 1 jacket water heat recovering system and 1 exhaust heating boiler. Jacket heat are gathered before exporting; exhaust are gathered before discharged.
All electricity are gathered for output. Besides, to ensure normal operation of generators, jacket and inter-cooler heat recovery systems are equipped with emergent cooling system, which includes:
plate heat ex-changer - 1 set
intelligent high temperature circulation pump - 1 set
intelligent temperature-controlled water mixing valve (programmable) - 1 set
Expansion pipe - 1 set
Coolant pressure and level monitor - 1 set
Pressure release valve - 1 set
Jacket water emergency heat ex-changer - 1 set
Inter-cooler emergency heat ex-changer - 1 set
Details of Biogas Cogeneration Combined Heat & Power
Based on client’s requirement and fuel conditions, S250CG (Styer engine) gas engines are selected for the 200kW biogas CHP plant cogeneration. This engine is widely used in natural gas and bio-gas power generation and it is well-known for its performance and reliability.
1) The generator set use gaseous fuel as its power resource and through spark ignition engine to convert thermal power to electricity. Cooling system, lubrication system, fuel supply system, control system, power output system, synchronization system, heat recovering system and base plate are equipped. It is an integrated electrical output equipment and it also accepts various gaseous fuel.
2) Gas engine is connected with alternator SAE flywheel housing through a torque elastic coupling and then been installed on a solid base plate. Shock mitigation system is also installed to avoid shake during operation.
3) Gas valve set, which includes manual globe valve, pressure gauge, filter and pressure regulating valve, is integrated on the base plate.
4) Gas Engine
Proved gas engine is controlled by imported gas close-loop lean-burn control system which includes high energy ignition system, gas-exclusive speed regulator, fuel flow rate control valve, variable Venturi mixture. The system is also optimized by our company to achieve high reliability and efficiency.
5) Alternator
Reliable and efficient mported brushless self-excited AC synchronized alternator is selected.
6) Jacket Water Heat Recover System
The heat ex-changer is SS brazing plate heat ex-changer.
