Chain grate cleaning machines mainly include front rake type, back rake type, high chain type, etc. The grate is composed of a transmission device, frame, cleaning rake, skimming mechanism, synchronous chain, grate bar, etc. On both sides of the machine, there is a chain running synchronously. When the chain is driven by the driving device on the upper part of the cleaning machine, the rake frame is constrained by the chain hinge node and the guide rail to move in a plane. When the rake plate moves to the slag removal port, the slag removal device scrapes the dirt on the rake plate to the slag removal port under the action of gravity and falls into the garbage bin or slag rack car.
