【Wastewater treatment pretreatment equipment】Drum type mechanical grille

Ordinary grilles generally require screw conveyors (presses), while drum type grilles integrate cleaning, pressing, and conveying to improve energy utilization and reduce management investment.

The drum type grille cleaning machine, due to the fixed gap between the mesh and the drum, thoroughly cleans the dirt and overcomes the defect of ordinary rake tooth grille clearance movement, with a cleaning efficiency of over 95%.

The fixed components of the mesh cylinder are all cut by water, and there will be no deformation during the cutting process to ensure cutting accuracy. After splicing, the entire mesh cylinder is machined by a lathe to ensure its concentricity, reliable operation, and extended service life. The rotational power of the conveying and pressing device is provided by the same reducer, which has a compact structure and reduces energy consumption. The spiral blades are made of 6mm stainless steel 304 and the pitch gradually decreases from bottom to top, enhancing the pressing ability.
