(1) Product Usage
This product is a composite heavy metal chelating agent specially used for waste incineration fly ash treatment:
During the process of incineration of waste to generate electricity by waste incineration power generation companies, waste incineration fly ash will be produced. Since fly ash contains lead, zinc, chromium, cadmium, mercury and other heavy metals that are harmful to the environment, as well as dioxins, it needs to be stabilized through special treatment before entering the landfill. This product is an excellent product specially used for the stabilization and treatment of waste incineration fly ash.
(2) Product technical principles
This product is the latest composite heavy metal chelating agent developed by our company. The product formula is specially developed by our company according to the characteristics of waste incineration fly ash, and has excellent stabilizing effect on heavy metals in waste incineration fly ash. The various components in the formula are chelating agent varieties that are non-toxic to human and animal organisms selected by our company's R&D personnel through a large number of tests. According to the characteristics of each component and the characteristics of the interaction, it is formulated according to the optimized formula ratio based on the characteristics of waste incineration fly ash; each component has its own best chelating effect metal element object, and at the same time has the characteristics of positive compatibility; actual tests show that the overall chelating effect of YM-2 fly ash heavy metal chelating agent in a system where multiple heavy metals coexist is better than any single chelating agent in its components.
(3) Occasions of use
After waste incineration fly ash is processed, it can meet the relevant restrictions in the GB16889-2007 standard. When it enters the domestic waste landfill for burial, add about 20 kilograms of this product and an appropriate amount of water to each ton of dry fly ash and mix it evenly (first add this product with an appropriate amount of water) Dilute it by 10% and then add it to fly ash for better mixing effect), then add an appropriate amount of ordinary Portland cement and continue stirring until the material is evenly distributed. Or just stir evenly after adding the materials. Appropriately extending the stirring time is conducive to sufficient chelation reaction and strengthening the long-term stability of heavy metals in fly ash. (The addition ratio of chelating agent depends on the characteristics of the fly ash, and is between 2% and 5% of the weight of the fly ash.)

(4) Product characteristics
1. Stir the materials until they are evenly mixed. The stirring time varies depending on the stirring equipment. Selecting efficient stirring equipment can significantly improve the efficiency of this product. Prolonging the stirring time appropriately is conducive to the full chelation reaction and to enhancing the long-term stability of heavy metals in fly ash.
2. The amount of water added depends on the efficiency of the mixing equipment and the requirements for the moisture content of the finished product;
3. The amount of cement added depends on the strength requirements of the finished product. If the strength of the finished product meets the requirements, add as little as possible.
4. The dosage of the drugs specified in this instruction manual is for reference only and is applicable to most situations. However, different dosages can be added according to the different characteristics of fly ash to achieve the best (most economical) treatment effect.
