1. Product introduction and advantages
This product is a new type of compound flocculant developed by our company based on the development trend of sewage treatment technology and the current market situation. It is an inorganic-organic flocculant composite system. It contains a variety of metal and non-metal adsorption cores. It is made by using unique special synthesis technology through hydrolysis, complexation, polymerization, homogeneous and other reactions. It solves the problem of cationic flocculant and non-metallic adsorption cores. The problem that anionic flocculants cannot coexist stably has good phosphorus removal effect.
The multi-core composite flocculant is a product independently developed by Shenmei Technology. The product design is in line with the development direction of the environmental protection industry from single type to composite type, which is cheap, practical, non-toxic and efficient. The product combines the advantages of inorganic flocculant, which is cheap and practical, non-toxic and efficient, and organic polymer flocculant, which has less dosage, less scum, strong flocculation ability, easy floc separation, and good oil and suspended matter removal effect. It can be widely used in municipal, domestic water, tap water, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, printing and dyeing and other industrial wastewater treatment as well as urban domestic sewage treatment. 3. Product Features
(1) Complementary advantages:
This flocculant contains an inorganic-organic composite multi-core structure, and is refined by special raw materials and synthesis technology through hydrolysis, complexation, free radical copolymerization, homogenization and other reactions, so that the inorganic and organic components in the flocculant are closely connected through chemical covalent bonds in the optimal ratio. It overcomes the shortcomings of poor adsorption and bridging ability of inorganic flocculants and poor destabilization ability of organic flocculants, and has the advantages of both inorganic and organic flocculants.
(2) Strong effect:
The interaction between the inorganic core and the organic core of this flocculant can trigger multiple functions such as compression of the double electric layer, adsorption electrical neutralization, adsorption bridging, net capture and sweeping, ion exchange, etc., which can quickly destabilize, coagulate and flocculate various harmful components in sewage to form dense flocs and quickly complete the separation of mud and water.
(3) Wide range of applications:
The multi-core structure of this flocculant can adsorb various types of characteristic pollutants in sewage respectively, so it is suitable for treating multi-component and variable-component sewage, and has a good purification effect on various industrial wastewaters such as low-temperature and low-turbidity, high-concentration and high-color, and oil industry oil production wastewater.
(4) Small dosage:
Compared with conventional inorganic flocculants and organic flocculants, the dosage of this flocculant can be reduced by 50%, thereby reducing the cost of chemicals in the treatment process by about 50%.

Under the condition of achieving the same treatment effect, this flocculant produces less sludge and has good filterability, thus significantly reducing the cost of flocculated sludge treatment.
