Theory:

Spoke type load cells, also called pancake load cells have a mounting rig and female center-thread, which makes them suitable for compression and tension applications. It is used for electronic, tensile testing, impact testing, tank and silo level monitoring, and other industrial weighing system.

They are often used for elastomer measurement. After the resistance sheet is deformed, its resistance will also change (or value), and then the resistance change will be converted into a signal according to the corresponding measurement circuit, and the external force will be converted into a signal change, thus completing the process of converting the external force into a signal change electrical signal.
