1. Application

The machine is used for cabling multi-core of the PVC low voltage cable, medium & high voltage plastic insulated power cable and rubber cable. Cable core cross section is 24—630 square mm2. The machine can produce 3 cores cable, 4 cores cable, 5 cores cable, "4+1" cores cable and "3+2" cores cable.

2.1The machine adopts SIEMENS PLC to command and coordinate electric work.

2.2The machine is provided with back-twist, electric pre-twist, bobbin is clamped and released by electromotion.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
