1. Usage
This machine is adopted for stranding and cabling the insulated cores, or ACSR, bare aluminum wire and conductor.

2. Main Character
2.1. There are 2 method for back-twist: planetary mechanism.
2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
2.3. Synchronous stranding function:According to different stranding requirement,the cage with different bobbins can combine freely.Every cage can set with synchronous pipe to strand more wires,whichis realize the multifunction of one machine.

3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel, 12-reel, 18-reel, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
