High Speed Copper Tubular Type Wire&Cable Stranding Machine With 200mm Bobbin

1. Application
The tubular stranding machine is used for copper wire, aluminum wire and insulated cable core.Tubular strander stranding with back twist, for 1+6 Bobbin, 1+12 Bobbin copper / aluminium round & compact conductors and steel wire stranding.

The production speed is extremely fast. For example, JGG/1+6 Tubular Stranding Machine, 45mm² bare wires, pitch 105mm, the speed is 2500m/h. So, in 12 hours, the skip stranding machine can produce 30000m wires. If we reduce the loading and unloading time, and host stop-time, for example 3 hours, 20000 meters conductor can be produced. Production capacity is very high.

2. Features
2.1 We customise this tubular type stranding machine in accordance with customers' requirements.
2.2 The stranding machine is designed with 1+5 Bobbin, 1+6 Bobbin, 1+8 Bobbin, 1+10 Bobbin, 1+12 Bobbin, Cage or accoding to customers' requirements.
2.3 Bobbin: 200 mm, 250 mm, 315 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 630 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1250 mm DIN 46397 Standard / Modified.
2.4 Tubular stranding machine, Cages supported on good bearing on both ends. The big main bearing is pump-oil forced lubrication bearing.
2.5 The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal stress and increase service life.
2.6 High efficiency and speed, low noise, long life. 200 / 1+6 Cage max speed 1400 RPM. 200 / 1+18 Cage maxspeed 900 RPM. 1250 / 1+5 Cage max speed 100 RPM.
2.7 Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.
2.8 Different braking device for bobbin tensioning.
2.9 Disk type Pneumatic brake for Cage.
2.10 PLC Equipped, optional.

2.11 The key gearboxes adopt the best gearboxes in China.

2.12 One electromagnetic wire-break stopping devices to each bobbin clamping device. One induction stopping device is on the mechanical meter counter. These devices will detect 99.9% wire-break.
