Pn3150 Steel Wire Cable Armouring Machine Cradle Type​

1. Introduction
This machine is used for armoring power cable, OPGW with steel wire. It is also used for making steel wire rope. each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector, allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire.

2. Features
2.1. Central pay off is supported by a stand and roller which is more stable.
2.2. DC or AC driving system, controlled by PLC with guaranteed synchronization performance and easy maintenance.
2.3. When Stranding the splitting conductor, with phase correcting feedback devices and special dies to guarantee the high quality stranding.
2.4. DC or variable frequency controller to achieve a slow start, stop, emergency, with separate butterfly air brake for each part.
