PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This production line is used to product the pet packing band, pet packing strap; adopt the plc control the whole line do the automatic production, it use the melting pump and pressure sensor ensure the production stable and strap quality control the raw material you can use is 100% recycled pet flakes from the waste pet bottles, or virgin material or mixed with each other.

7.According different requirements, changing materials for make strap have better and special function. For example, the strap for packing cotton can be from enhancing the breaking strength and joint strength when welding strap.

PP PET packing strapping extrusion machine include:
1. The raw material will be dried by the dehumidifier, and the below 40 dew point make the material humidity less than 40PPM, and condensation polymerization(this is for PET straping line);
2. The conveyor of the raw is in a enclosed and circular mode, and without contacting with the air, in order to made perfect effect of drying;
3. Special designed extruder screw for PP/PET production, bear the better performance of material separating and mixing. Automatic material feeding provide the smooth environment for the PP/PET strap production.
