Purposes and Characteristics

This tension machine is a kind of large and high efficiency power construction machinery; it has high allocation of overall performance, ample power reserve, high delivery speed and wide use. It’s mainly used for delivery of all kinds of wire, optical cable and traction rope. It can meet the tension of 220KV double-split LGJ-630 and below conductors in mountainous and hilly terrain; the tension of optical cables such as OPGW or AESS in various terrains; the tension of 500KV traction rope under various terrains and the reverse pulling.

Characteristics

1. The TY1×120III tension machine adopts a single-axle trailer structure with a beautiful appearance. The front end is equipped with a reversible traction tractor, which is convenient for hauling.
2. The main components such as the engine, main hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, reducer, and main valve block are all imported parts, and the system runs stably and reliably.
3. Adopt German Rexroth planetary reducer and hydraulic motor, compact structure, form an advanced closed loop hydraulic transmission system, advanced technology, power saving, high transmission efficiency and reliable quality.
4. The laying tension is steplessly adjustable, the display is intuitive, and it has a good pull back function.
5. The friction plate wet brake is integrated in the planetary reducer to avoid daily maintenance. Spring brake, hydraulic release, easy operation, short response time, can achieve no gap braking, safe and reliable, in the stopped state, it can prevent the line running accident caused by the loosening of the tail line.

Transmission System

With closed double-loop hydraulic transmission system and planet decelerator, tension wheel is driven by primary gear. With inversion, the magnitude of reverse traction force is led by exit pressure of pump. In tension condition, hydraulic motor rotation is driven by the tension wheel; the magnitude of tension is controlled by regulating the motor exit pressure.
