• We have a one-year quality guarantee. If the internal components fail within one year, we will replace another one free of charge.
• We will provide some easily damaged equipment parts to ensure normal operation.
• In case of design, manufacturing, function or program quality problems occurring during the warranty period, Boyu shall assume full responsibility and all economic losses caused therefrom.
• In case of any other quality problems within the warranty period, Boyu will provide online video service after receiving the buyer's notice within 24 hours.
• In case of any major quality problems within the warranty period, Boyu will also provide online video service within 48 hours after receiving the buyer's notice.
• Boyu will offer the buyer a lifetime preferential price, including materials and spare parts for system operation, equipment maintenance, and a guarantee of 7 days by door express.
• Operation and maintenance training: We provide free operation and maintenance training at the factory and cover all accommodation costs in China. We provide 3 to 5 days of engineering support to your work site for operation and maintenance training, but you must pay for accommodation, transportation and round-trip airfare.
