High Speed Aluminum Rigid Can Production Line for Beverage Chemical and Medical

The aluminum can production line is a set of machines that produce monolithic aerosol cans and bottles.

Our aluminum can production line is fully automatic. Each piece of equipment in this series can work alone or form part of a production line according to customer needs. The main equipment consists of frying machine, cold extrusion machine, trimming machine, washing machine, intermediate storage, inner wall spraying machine, curing oven, base color printing machine, printing machine, varnishing machine, oven and necking machine. The production rate is 90-120 cans/min.

All equipments of this series are of reasonable structure, advanced design, high degree of automation, and can be produced quickly. All machines are controlled by Siemens PLC to ensure stability. To save energy, both the paintbaking machine and the oven are heated by gas. The host and control components are all brand-name products to ensure reliable and stable performance. All products can pass through the production line automatically. The color touch screen displays instant speed and yield information for easy management.
