1. Description of Solar Strut Roll Forming Machine

Basic strut channel comes in the open box section, where several variations are available with small different shapes as well as different hole patterns for mounting to walls and supports. Generally, the materials for making the channels are 1.5-2.5mm thick zin-coating steel or cold rolled steel.

In addition, some other materials are also available for different applications. For instance, stainless steel will be used where rusting might become a problem (e.g., outdoors, facilities with corrosive materials), while aluminium alloy is better material when weight is an issue or from fiberglass for very corrosive environments.

- This EU type of light gauge steel roll forming machine line include 3 tons of manual decoiler, roll forming host, PLC control system, hydraulic cutting system and output table

- The manual decoiler is free for each machine, it can hold 3 tons of strips, and normally the space between manual decoiler and the machine is 3 meters.

- Feeding table has 1 row of roller to make the strip flat, and the roll forming host can produce the light keels as per customer's request.

A. Foreign debugging		 If you need, we will arrange our professional engineers to help you install and debug the machines well. Buyer should pay $60 per day
B. Guarantee period

The warranty will be maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18 months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charges, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t forced by human are excluded).
C. Training

During installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to

buyer’s personnel request to operate and maintain the equipment. Including foundation construction, electrical works, hydraulic oil, safe operation and non-standard safety items, testing material and etc.
D. Lifetime services Life time services to every customer.
