1. Description

The Automatic Folding Ear-loop N95 Mask Production Line adopts the latest ultrasonic welding technology, which has the characteristics of advanced technology, reliable and stable operation, and convenient operation. Realize the automatic production of the entire process from fabric feeding to finished masks, one person can operate multiple production lines at the same time.

The work-flow mainly includes automatic feeding of raw material, automatic feeding of nose bar, ultrasonic roll welding of mask body shape, ear-loop welding, automatic folding and butt welding of the mask, die-cutting, finished product blanking, waste removal, and other processes.
