1. Description of Slotted Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine

The solar strut channels are used to make the structure of the solar panels, Lebron-Machinery® Slotted Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine produce all sizes of strut channel required for this purpose.

With maximum thickness and perfectly curved edges, the strut channels are of superior quality.

The solar strut channel machine is compact in shape and size to fit in any workshop and start the production.

The roll tools are carved in highly precise CNC machines which gives it best quality and long life

5 Main Roll Forming System Feature: Ensure stability, precision and lifetime.
Usage: In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear transmission( the first and the last roller, the down roller should be attached with the upper one with the gear drive.), roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , heat treatment and galvanization treatment . The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.
