Water submersible pump features:

1) The submersible water pump is centrifugal type; Water lubricated bearing; It is rigidly connected with the motor by a coupling. The pump impeller rotates under the drive of the motor to produce centrifugal force, which increases the liquid energy and carries water through the diversion effect of the pump shell. There is no reverse valve body at the upper end of the water pump to prevent the electric pump from shutting down because the water flowing back in the water pipe will damage the working parts. There is a drain hole on the valve, which can slowly release the water in the pipeline to prevent the freezing and cracking of the pipeline in winter. (Note: Low lift submersible pump does not have a check valve body)

2) The motor is a closed wet structure filled with water. The stator winding of the motor is a multi-layer electromagnetic wire with water-resistant polyethylene insulation and nylon sheath. Guide bearings and thrust bearings are made of water lubricated material. The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The pressure regulating film (made of rubber) is installed at the bottom of the motor to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water in the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent water sediment from entering the body.
