The Blowout Preventer (BOP) offers a reliable and user-friendly support system for operating the screw pump. To prevent wear, the rams and ram rods undergo a nitriding process. Enhanced rams feature an offset, contributing to their improved capability for precise centering. Rubber seals for the rams are specifically designed for effortless maintenance and replacement while on-site. Additionally, the preventer design includes locking mechanisms to ensure uniform closure of the rams.
All metallic components of the preventer are constructed from NACE-certified corrosion-resistant steel, adhering to API 6A standards. Below the lower flange of the preventer, there is a threaded connection which allows for the attachment of tubing or a short pipe. If necessary, the bottom flange can be easily replaced with a different-sized flange.

The Single Hydraulic Wireline Valve, also known as the Slickline BOP or Wireline Pressure Control Equipment, is typically positioned between the Lubricator and Wellhead. Its primary function is to prevent blowouts by containing the pressure within the well when the valve bodies are in the closed position. The design of this equipment allows for pressure equalization between the lubricator and well during operational intervals.
This particular Wireline Valve is manually operated and incorporates a pair of Ram assemblies with a handle connected to the stem. By manually rotating the handles, operators can conveniently open or close the rams as required. It is important to note that this valve has been specifically designed for slickline operations exclusively.
