Description

The bow spring casing centralizer undergoes a complete makeover with a newly designed single-piece construction. This integrated steel flexible centralizer is specifically engineered for casing centralization during the cementing process in oil wells. Customized to meet customer requirements, these slip-on centralizers can be manufactured in any diameter.

To ensure robustness and reliability, the blades, top, and bottom rings are seamlessly forged into a single-piece structure. The centralizers adhere to the API Spec 10D standards for starting compression, downhole running, and expansion force. They exhibit remarkable fatigue strength to withstand axial forces and radial side loads during tubular rotation. Moreover, their flexibility surpasses that of conventional spring bow centralizers.
