Description:
Torque anchor is used to take the reactive torque given by the friction created between the rotor and stator of the pump with progressive cavities, to prevent the tubing from unscrewing.
Torque anchor instructions
(1)According to the casing size to choose appropriate anchor, the lower end is connected with the pump stator.
(2)Tubing anchor direction to the well: the internal thread (steel seal TOP mark) is on the upper, the external thread is on the lower, reversing rotation 1/3 when load into the casing, going into casing mouth, smoothly putting down, tightening according to recommended force of tubing thread .
(3)The pump stator is put down predetermined depth, the tubing string applies 400N · m moment in a clockwise direction, and then the tubing and wellhead is fixed, then the torque anchor has anchored on the casing.
(4) It is recommend to use tubing centralizer at the lower end of anchor body and on the tubing of screw pump outlet, in order to reduce vibration.
