Description:
Rod pump:
The Sucker Rod Pump, also known as the "insert pump," is designed with a plunger that is connected to and moves up and down with the sucker rod string. This type of pump offers certain advantages. For instance, Sucker Rod Pump is particularly useful in deep wells where minimizing workover time is crucial. When inspecting the pump, there is no need to remove all the tubing from the well hole, thus allowing for quicker operations and extending the tubing's service life. Additionally, the sucker rod pump is effective in deviated wells due to its "free hanging" state.
There are two main types of scuker rod pumps based on their seating mode: cup hold-down and mechanical hold-down. Cup hold-down pumps and mechanical hold-down pumps differ in how they are secured in place. Dividing them based on their anchored position, we have top hold-down pumps and bottom hold-down pumps, which include both stationary barrel and traveling barrel types..
Tubing Pump:
For tubing pump, the barrel is put in the well to the designed depth with tubing. And then put the plunger into the barrel with sucker rod. Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod pump, so the pump rate is higher. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into three types: THC pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, Tubing pump), THM pump (Stationary Heavy Wall Mech. Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.
Main Features:
· The pump barrel is machined by using the high quality special purpose blank; the internal surface has the chrome-plating or the nickel phosphorus compound plating to achieve the good intensity, the rigidity, wear-resistance and anti-corrosion.
· The plunger surface uses the nickel base alloy powder to spurt welding to achieve good wear-resistance and anti-corrosion ability.
· The valve balls and valve seats are made of different materials such as excellent corrosion-resisting stainless steel, tungsten carbide hardness alloy and metal ceramic material to achieve longer life span.
· The pump efficiency is high, pump inspection cycle is longer.
· Simple structure with easy installation and usage.
