Plunger Oil Well Tubing Pump For Oil Extraction
Plunger oil well tubing pump description:
API recognizes two main types of pumps: rod and tubing. API tubing pump model: THBM, THBC
The pump barrel assembly of the tubing pump connected on the tubing string, and with its down to the bottom of the well.Plunger assembly connected on the sucker rod string and with it down to the pump barrel position in the well, then with it do up and down reciprocating motion, so as to realize the production process.
For this type of pump, the barrel is put in the well to the designed depth with tubing. And then put the plunger into the barrel with sucker rod. Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod pump, so the pump rate is higher. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into three types: THC pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, Tubing pump), THM pump (Stationary Heavy Wall Mech. Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.
Tubing pump features:
Tubing pump is the strongest pump. It has large flowing area for fluid and it is suitable for producing viscosity oil.
