SM Plain End Plunger Downhole Rod Or Tubing Pump
SM plain end plunger downhole pump Description:
Rod pump should be installed inside the tubing with the sucker rod. It is not necessary to pull the tubing out of the well when checking the pump, which can make the operation easier and quicker. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into two types: cup hold-down pump and mechanical hold-down pump. According to the anchored position, the rod pump can be divided into top anchor pump and bottom anchor pump (including stationary barrel type and traveling barrel type).
For the tubing pump, the barrel is put in the well to the designed depth with tubing. And then put the plunger into the barrel with sucker rod. Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod pump, so the pump rate is higher. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into three types: THC pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, Tubing pump), THM pump (Stationary Heavy Wall Mech. Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.
