• What’s the difference between powder coating and PVDF finish?

For internal/indoor use, both powder coating and PVDF have nearly the same service life. We recommend using powder coating for indoor aluminum panels to save your budget. However, for outdoor use, PVDF is more weather-resistant. Its service life is about 10 years, and powder coating 3-5 years. Price of PVDF is a bit higher, but it can save your maintenance cost.

• How long is the production time?

The general production time is around 15 days after drawings are confirmed and the deposit is received. For a large quantity order, we would re-calculate the production time, and we will keep you informed if any change.

• How is your quality check of the products?

We will have QC personnel inspect the quality during the mill-finished product stage, surface treatment stage, and package stage, to ensure that our products meet the requirements.
