The knife-ring flaker machine is one of the main machines in the preparation section of particle board production.

After the chipper cuts wood chips, bamboo chips, broken veneer, etc. into certain specifications of flakes, the knife-ring flaker makes them into flakes with certain thickness that meet the process requirements, which are used as raw materials for particle board. The flaker has formed a series of products with various specifications of knife ring diameters from 800 to 1600, which can meet the needs of particleboard production lines with an annual output of 30,000-450,000 m³.

Knife-ring flaker is wood, broken veneer as raw material, the planer cut into a certain thickness of particleboard, as the manufacture of particleboard raw material, BX468 planer is suitable for annual output of 15,000 ~ 30,000 meters of particleboard workshop preparation of particleboard.
