Selective Wave Soldering Machine
Selective wave soldering, also known as robot welding, is a special form of wave soldering invented to meet the development requirements of through-hole components welding. Selective welding generally consists of three modules: flux spraying, preheating and welding. Through the device programming device, the flux spraying module can complete the selective flux spraying for each solder spot in turn, and after the preheating module is preheated, the welding module completes the welding for each solder spot point by point.
It is mainly used for the welding of through-hole components in high-end electronic products. For example: military industry, aviation, railway, automotive electronics, switching power supply products and other industries with high welding reliability requirements.
