Our new design concept for the production processes of flexing, rounding, and welding of 3-piece cans. We have made significant improvements in several key areas to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of our system.
Firstly, we have developed a stable and intelligent electrical control system. This system includes a user-friendly man-computer interface device, a reliable PLC system, and a precise servo system. These components work together seamlessly to ensure smooth operation and precise control.
Secondly, we have incorporated an adjustable electronic static inverter power supply (SPWM) into our system. This power supply not only saves energy but also provides a stable and consistent output, resulting in improved performance and reliability.
Furthermore, we have designed a special rounding and flexing device that excels in sheet flexing, round forming, and anti-scratching. This device is also compatible with a wide range of tinplate materials, making it versatile and adaptable to different production needs.
To ensure the durability and longevity of our system, we have used high-quality ceramic and carbide materials for the key spare parts. These materials offer excellent quality and superior abrasive resistance, guaranteeing a longer lifespan and reduced maintenance requirements.
Lastly, our system can be equipped with a remote control system and a welding seam detecting system. These additional features provide convenience and enhance the overall functionality of our system.
