Bucket type HZS 25m3/h to 100 m3/h Full Automatic wet Concrete Batching Plant
High Efficiency 60m3/h Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Concrete Mixing Plant
The batching process begins with the operator loading the required quantities of each ingredient into the respective buckets according to the predetermined mix design. The buckets are then transported to a central mixing unit using a conveyor system or a bucket elevator. As the buckets reach the mixing unit, they are emptied sequentially, discharging their contents into the mixer.
Inside the mixing unit, the ingredients are thoroughly mixed to achieve a uniform and consistent concrete mixture. The mixing unit can be a stationary drum mixer, a twin-shaft mixer, or a planetary mixer, depending on the specific design of the batching plant. These mixers employ rotating blades or paddles to ensure efficient blending of the ingredients.
