Description
Ultra-Clean Filling/Machine Combination
1. Brief description
Ultra-clean filling/machine combination :Including super clean hot filling, super clean medium temperature filling, super clean low temperature filling. The filling machine integrates two disinfectant sprays, aseptic water sprays, filling and capping into one. The internal cleaning and disinfection of the filling machine mainly adopts COP and SOP systems, and the cleaning and disinfection of material pipelines mainly adopts CIP and SIP systems to maximize the nutrition and taste of the product.
2. Features:
1) Mainly suitable for PET bottle tea, fruit juice, functional beverage, water and other products;
2) Capacity range: 12,000 bottles/hour;
3) Applicable bottle type 500ml-2000ml, diameter φ50～106mm; height 180～340mm;
4) Product filling temperature: 85-92℃ for hot filling, 68-72℃ for medium temperature filling, and below 35℃ for low temperature filling.

3. The process for Ultraclean filling is as follows:

1) Chemical sterilisation of the bottles

2) Bottle sterile rinsing using Auxonia and combined with sterile water rinsing of the Auxonia

3) Ultra Clean Sterile filling (non-contact valves), either by flow metres or by weight cells.

4) UV ray chemical sterilisation of the caps washing with sterile water before capping in clean room. the bottle closures
or caps can be sterilesd with steam in the chute or by an Auxonia spray.

5) Over pressure in the filling machine with sterile filtered air is vital to ensure harmful bacteria are filtered out of the
air inside the filler. Air is first filtered via an HEPA filter and poumped at a light pressure inside the filter which is
enclosed in a full shell where air is filtered. the overpressure ensures that no contaminated air is let in the filling machine
during normal production.
